The Tridak Model 2400 Simplifies High-Viscosity Filling Achieve High Production Rates with High-Pressure System

Tridak has released the Model 2400 high-pressure filling system. The system easily and accurately fills syringes and compules with extremely high-viscosity materials such as dental composites and restoratives. Due to their high “filler” content, these materials can be hard to dispense and can clog typical filling machines. The Model 2400 system uses a convection oven to lower the material’s viscosity and then quickly routes it through the system and into the containers using high hydraulic pressure. This bench-top system achieves high production rates and is very simple to operate.
