Dymax Corporation has announced the CE marking of its Tridak® Model 3200 Piston Inserter, making this automatic air-bleed system available in Europe and other regions.
Cost-Effective Tridak® Filling Systems to be Showcased at Philly Pack Show
Tridak will exhibit in Booth #1919 at Philly Pack, scheduled to take place October 7-8, 2015, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The company’s engineers will be on hand to answer questions, provide recommendations, and demonstrate the capabilities of semi-automatic filling systems including the Model 1050 syringe filling system, the Model 2200 cartridge filler, and the Tridak piston inserter.
Tridak Filling Systems Now CE Marked for Global Distribution
Two popular Tridak filling systems are now CE marked, making them available globally. The Model 1050 syringe filler and Model 2200 cartridge filler are available directly from Tridak in Europe and other regions.
Easy-to-Use Syringe Filler Facilitates Precise Filling
The Tridak Model 1050, an improved version of the Model 1000, is designed to fill individual syringes quickly and accurately from a material reservoir. The system, which requires manual loading and unloading, is ideal for low-volume production and is an excellent alternative to filling syringes manually.
The Tridak Model 2400 Simplifies High-Viscosity Filling Achieve High Production Rates with High-Pressure System
Tridak has released the Model 2400 high-pressure filling system. The system easily and accurately fills syringes and compules with extremely high-viscosity materials such as dental composites and restoratives. Due to their high “filler” content, these materials can be hard to dispense and can clog typical filling machines. The Model 2400 system uses a convection oven to lower the material’s viscosity and then quickly routes it through the system and into the containers using high hydraulic pressure. This bench-top system achieves high production rates and is very simple to operate.
