Vision-Guided Programming with Automated Part Alignment

Precise Dispense Path Control
Precise path control with adjustable start and end point settings eliminates common dispensing issues like surface contact at start points and "dog-bone" formations at end points.
Block Offset
Make global changes to groups of points by selecting two reference points. Adjust entire batches in X, Y, and theta directions for faster programming without modifying individual points.
Simulated Dispensing Preview
Visually review programmed paths and estimated cycle speed before execution. Compare theoretical, simulated, and corrected paths to optimize accuracy and cycle time.
Encapsulation Feature
Define area, shape, and coverage patterns with simple commands. Easy adjustment of dispensing parameters for complete fill operations including lines, rectangles, spirals, and circular patterns.
Automatic Array Repeat
Duplicate single dots or paths into multiple patterns in X or Y direction. Only one point needs programming. Automatic duplication handles the rest for efficient batch processing.
Visual Path Programming
Eliminate manual coordinate entry by visually steering the robot through every calibration and offset step. The intuitive interface allows you to program complex dispense paths directly on the screen, ensuring absolute precision for every point before the first cycle begins.
Automatic Part Alignment
Map your entire workpiece in seconds using high-precision X and Y fiducial references. This global adjustment automatically syncs every dispense point in your program to the physical orientation of the part, effectively eliminating errors caused by manual setup or fixture tolerances.
Rotation Correction
Maintain high-speed production even when parts are tilted or rotated on the tray. By identifying the exact angle of each workpiece in real-time, the system dynamically recalibrates the dispensing path to ensure perfect material placement without ever stopping the line.

Download Product Coordinates or Scan Images Automatically
Built in file Download utility for accurate, flexible dispense programming. Easily download coating trajectories and actual workpiece images and automatically convert them into points, lines, arcs, circles, etc.
- DXF download editing function: create coating trajectories based on imported drawing data (DXF) and edit/change the order of points as needed.
- Real scan function: Scan an actual workpiece to be easily converted into program points aligned to the exact part placement on the fixture plate.
