The SV12 is a mini-diaphragm dispense valve designed for drip-free coating and consistent shot-to-shot bonding, especially in applications where space is tight or limited. It is suitable for UV-cure adhesives and other low-to-medium viscosity fluids. As the smallest in its class, the SV12 features a compact and lightweight design with a length of 63.2 mm and a weight of 85 g. The valve provides reliable, low-maintenance operation for millions of cycles and ensures no dripping at both the start and stop of the dispense cycle. It is constructed with a SUS303 fluid body and a UHMW® diaphragm.

How the Valve Operates
Air pressure retracts the diaphragm seal, allowing fluid to flow (Figure 1). When the cycle completes, a spring returns the piston and closes the diaphragm to shut off fluid flow (Figure 2).
