The SV35HF is a high-flow piston valve specifically designed for fast and accurate filling processes with low to high viscosity materials. It excels in precision filling applications by dispensing consistent, repeatable volumes. The valve features a fast, clean cutoff that prevents dripping and drooling, which is achieved through a pull-back movement; when the operating air exhausts, a spring retracts the piston and sealing head, stopping the fluid flow and pulling back a slight amount of material. Constructed with a stainless-steel fluid chamber and a durable UHMW sealing diaphragm, the SV35HF is a low-maintenance solution for demanding filling applications.

How the Valve Operates

Air pressure forces the sealing head downward, allowing fluid to flow (Figure 1). When the cycle completes, the spring retracts the piston and the sealing head returns upward, shutting off fluid flow with a clean cut-off (Figure 2).
