High Pressure Spool Valve

The SV46 is a pneumatic, balanced spool valve specifically designed for applying a neat bead of sealant and grease at high pressure. It provides consistent dispensing of industrial sealants, silicones, and greases at fluid input pressures up to 17.2MPa. The valve is constructed with a stainless-steel fluid body, an aluminum air cylinder cap, and a hard chrome-plated stainless steel spool shaft. It utilizes UHMW and EPR for its upper and lower sealing. Operation is simple: input air pressure retracts the spool shaft to allow fluid to flow, and once the cycle is complete, a spring returns the shaft to its original position to shut off the fluid.
