High Pressure Spool Valve

The SV47 is a high-pressure dispensing valve designed to stably discharge high-viscosity liquids such as sealants and greases. It is engineered to support a maximum liquid pressure of 17.2MPa. The valve features a simple and robust structure, making it easy to use and maintain. By design, it does not include a flow rate or stroke adjustment mechanism, providing a fixed, repeatable discharge. The wetted parts are made from UHMW and stainless steel for compatibility with industrial materials.

How the Valve Operates

Air pressure retracts the spool shaft, allowing fluid to flow (Figure 1). When the cycle completes, the spring returns the spool shaft to its original position, shutting off fluid flow (Figure 2).
