Diaphragm Valve
The SV62 is a high-precision diaphragm valve that uniformly applies low to medium viscosity liquids such as solvents, instant adhesives, anaerobic adhesives, and fluxes. It is designed with an inert polymer resin that does not react with the liquids, making it ideal for dispensing reactive materials. The valve's quick and reliable shut-off action prevents liquid dripping and maintains excellent liquid drainage properties. Due to its small and lightweight design, it is easy to install in locations where space is limited.

How the Valve Operates
Air pressure retracts the diaphragm seal, allowing fluid to flow (Figure 1). When the cycle completes, a spring returns the piston and closes the diaphragm to shut off fluid flow (Figure 2).
