The SV70 is a conformal coating valve specifically designed to control high viscosity materials and prevent scattering. Its core feature is a unique square nozzle made from a durable carbide material, which allows for a wide range of coatings at low flow rates and reduces liquid clogging. This nozzle design produces a stable coating trajectory, achieving a high-dimensional, precise coating pattern without the mist, scattering, or air bubbles common to these applications. The SV70 also features a high-speed response for fast tact times and excellent liquid drainage, ensuring stable discharge performance at the start and end of every application. (Note: This valve is not compatible with circulating liquid temperature control systems).

How the Valve Operates

Air pressure retracts the piston needle from the nozzle seat, allowing fluid to flow (Figure 1). When the cycle completes, the spring returns the piston needle to its sealed position, shutting off fluid flow (Figure 2).
